EASY-SET Vise Jaws with built-in adjustable parallels features:
- Four rows of pins with minimal part contact mean more parallel accuracy.
- Retractable pins as the vise closes, thinner parts can be held.
(Imagine holding a 6" scale parallel and being able to mill the edge accurately) - Hold parts on a 15, 30, 45, or 60 degree angle, hold rounds, or irregular shaped parts, without any other fixturing needed.
- Use one of the above row pins as a stop for accurate part changing.
- Use with any other fixturing you need without loosing the integrity of the vise.
- Optional fixed pins for production runs, just remove the desired row of retractable pins and replace with the fixed pins.
